Every detail counts and it is important to choose the best location if you decide to rent a property for your stay. An agreement will be signed in order to provide and apply all the special conditions regarding the rental. The property rates don’t include the cleaning fees. Depending on the chosen property and the agreed dates of stay, a security deposit will be asked according to the rental agreement.
It is important to understand that life at sea has its own rules. First of all a charter contract will be signed between the parties in which will be mentioned the charter details and the payment methods.
Please note once chartering a motor boat or a yacht some additional charges will always apply in addition such as APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance), which consists of paying the expenses such as fuel, harbour fees, groceries etc… VAT is usually not included in the yacht charter fee. The rate of VAT differs between countries.

Every person renting a property or every passenger on-board a yacht must have their passport on-board at all times. Ensure that you and all of your guests have their passports with them when preparing your journey. Please note that without your ID documents the property owner or yacht captain may refuse your entry.
